Terms of Service
Last updated: August 13, 2026 · Orbinate LLC
1. Agreement and Operator
By creating an account, affirmatively accepting these Terms, purchasing a plan, or using WedCall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. WedCall is operated by Orbinate LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
2. The Service and Plans
WedCall provides wedding websites, guest and RSVP tools, invitations, planning tools, media features, and optional AI-assisted tools. Features may differ by plan and may evolve as long as we do not remove a paid user's mandatory statutory rights.
Paid couple plans are one-time purchases for one wedding unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. The price, currency, included features, and any recurring nature are shown before purchase. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of legal majority where you live—be able to enter a binding contract, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Your Content and Guest Information
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Orbinate LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you choose. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to limited backup and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload content, publish information about other people, and contact guests. Use guest information only for the relevant wedding and respect deletion, objection, and communication requests.
5. Public Pages and Third-Party Services
Content published to a public or link-accessible wedding page can be viewed and reshared by people who can access it. Review publication and visibility settings before sharing a link.
Third-party services such as payment, email, SMS, WhatsApp, sign-in, analytics, and AI providers may apply their own terms. WedCall is not responsible for a third party's independent service, but this does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. AI-Assisted Features
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. It is provided as a draft, not professional, legal, financial, safety, or vendor advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before using, sending, or publishing it and for ensuring your input and resulting use do not violate another person's rights.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or deceptive activity; spam or communications without required permission; security testing without authorization; scraping or unauthorized automated access; malware; impersonation; or attempts to obtain another person's private data.
We may remove content, limit a feature, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.
8. Availability, Termination and Changes
You may stop using WedCall and delete your account. We may change or discontinue features, but will provide notice of a material adverse change to paid functionality when reasonably possible. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Terms that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—continue after termination.
9. Warranties and Liability
The Service is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbinate LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. To that same extent, total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid Orbinate LLC for WedCall during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. WedCall is a planning tool and is not a party to arrangements between couples, guests, venues, vendors, or gift senders.
10. Governing Law, Local Rights and Contact
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or forums available under the law of their country or state of residence. Nothing in these Terms waives a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
