1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using wedcall.com ("WedCall", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. WedCall is operated by Orbinate LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. The Service

WedCall lets couples create wedding websites, manage guests and RSVPs, send invitations, and plan their wedding. Core access — your wedding page, invitations and RSVPs — is free. Some advanced features are unlocked by one-time paid plans (Gold and Platinum) purchased per wedding; these are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of legal majority where you live — and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use any paid features, you confirm you are legally able to make payments and accept these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you upload — photos, stories, guest lists, and other content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, showing your photos on your wedding page).

You are responsible for having the right to share the content you upload, including photos of other people and your guests' contact details. Use guest information only in connection with your wedding.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to send spam, host unlawful or infringing content, harass others, attempt to breach security, or scrape data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your wedding pages and data are removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbinate LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for free accounts).

WedCall is a planning tool. We are not a party to any arrangement between you, your guests, or your vendors.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
