Guests don't need your number saved
Invitations go out on your behalf from WedCall's verified WhatsApp account. Unlike a broadcast list, guests don't need your number in their contacts, and your contact number is included in the message.

Add your guest list, pick a tone and send. Every guest gets their own invitation link, and the moment they tap “I'll attend”, their answer and party size appear in your list. No typing messages one by one, no counting replies by hand.

Invitations go out on your behalf from WedCall's verified WhatsApp account. Unlike a broadcast list, guests don't need your number in their contacts, and your contact number is included in the message.
Guests tap “I'll attend” or “I can't attend”. If they're invited with others, they're asked how many are coming — or they can simply write “there will be three of us”.
Every guest shows sent, delivered, read and replied status. Spot the quiet ones at a glance; bulk sends automatically skip guests who have already answered.
Messages use Meta-approved wording in a warm, simple or festive tone, adapted to weddings, engagements and civil ceremonies. Choose the language guest by guest, so relatives abroad receive it in theirs.
Type names and phone numbers, pick them from your phone's contacts, or upload a CSV file. Group families together and set how many people each invitation covers.
Pick a warm, simple or festive tone and preview exactly what guests will see. Send to everyone, to a group, or to the guests you select, with one tap.
When a guest taps a button or writes back, their attendance and party size are recorded in your list. Questions are flagged so you can answer personally.
Broadcasting from your own phone is free, but it wasn't built for a wedding guest list.

Free option: build and publish your wedding page, then send each guest's personal link from your own WhatsApp. Replies still land in your list.
More and more wedding invitations are shared on WhatsApp. But sending 150 messages by hand takes an evening, and a broadcast list only reaches people who have saved your number. Replies scatter across dozens of chats: who said yes, how many are coming, who never answered? You end up keeping score in a spreadsheet.
On WedCall your guest list is connected to your wedding page. When you send, each guest receives a Meta-approved invitation from WedCall's verified WhatsApp account. It includes the couple's names, your contact number and a link to that guest's personal invitation, where they find the date, venue and map, and can reply there or in the chat.
Replies flow into your guest list on their own. A button tap records attendance; if the invitation covers more than one person, the guest is asked how many are coming. WedCall's assistant also understands free-text answers like “we'll both be there” or “sadly we can't make it”, and answers questions about the venue or time using the details on your wedding page. Anything it isn't sure about is left for you.
Why is automated sending paid? Because we pay Meta for every WhatsApp conversation. That's why it comes with the Gold (100 guests) and Platinum (250 guests) packages. It's counted per guest, not per message: sending to the same guest again and the assistant's replies never use up your allowance, and messages that fail to send don't count. Building and publishing your wedding page and sharing personal links from your own WhatsApp is always free.
Add your guests to WedCall with their names and phone numbers, choose a tone and tap Send. Each guest receives a separate message from WedCall's verified WhatsApp account, and you follow every status from your guest list.
No. WhatsApp broadcast lists only reach people who have saved your number, but WedCall's sending doesn't depend on that. It reaches your guests who use WhatsApp.
From WedCall's business account verified by Meta, on your behalf. The message shows the couple's names and the contact number you verified, so guests can also reach you directly.
For bulk sending, WhatsApp only allows wording that Meta has approved in advance. That's why there are three ready tones — warm, simple and festive — with the couple's names, event type and guest language filled in automatically. To use your own words, share the personal link from your own WhatsApp.
They tap “I'll attend” or “I can't attend” under the message, or open their invitation link and fill in the form. If they're invited with others, they're asked how many are coming. Free-text replies in the chat are recorded too.
Gold includes automated WhatsApp invitations for 100 guests, Platinum for 250. You pay once per wedding and share the allowance with your partner. Moving from Gold to Platinum, you only pay the difference. A family can be added as a single invitation with its party size.
Only when a message is sent, and each guest counts once. Messages that fail to send, sending to the same guest again and the assistant's replies don't use it up.
Share their personal invitation link by text message or email, or add a QR code to your printed invitations. Whichever way it arrives, replies collect in the same list.
If a guest replies “STOP”, they won't be messaged again.
Prepare your list once and let WedCall handle sending, tracking and replies. You get to enjoy watching the yeses come in.
